President Trump detailed a plan where Hamas would gradually dismantle its military capabilities, including the destruction of its tunnel networks and the surrender of heavy weapons, all under international supervision. In exchange, Israeli forces would initiate a phased withdrawal from Gaza. This would pave the way for an international stabilization force and a new Palestinian security administration to assume control over maintaining order in the region.
The outlined roadmap stipulates a total cessation of military operations as a precursor to the disarmament process.
